Chief of Staff

Bengaluru, Karnataka

Atomicwork is on a mission to transform the digital workplace experience by uniting people, processes, and platforms through AI automation. Our team is building a modern service management platform that enables growing businesses to reduce operational complexity and drive business success.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to be the CEO’s right hand — someone who can operate across the boardroom and the war room. This is a high-impact, high-trust role where you’ll drive fundraising, build strong investor relationships, lead strategic projects, and own org-wide execution—from revenue ops to biz ops to leading cross-functional initiatives.

You’ll be a force multiplier for the leadership team, helping scale the company’s vision by translating ideas into action, aligning teams to strategy, and ensuring accountability on goals.

What You’ll Own

Fundraising and Investor Relations

  • Own end-to-end fundraising, including market research, narrative development, deck building, financial preparation, due diligence coordination, and investor outreach

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective investors

  • Lead investor communications, including quarterly updates, performance reviews, and board presentations

Business and Revenue Operations

  • Identify and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency

  • Partner with revenue leaders to measure and optimize performance

  • Set up and scale systems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to unlock new growth opportunities

Strategic Execution and Leadership Alignment

  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, helping prioritize and execute high-leverage decisions

  • Lead OKR and KRA planning cycles to align leadership and track progress

  • Run weekly leadership meetings, monitor cross-functional accountability, and ensure follow-through on priorities

  • Step in to lead special projects or fill temporary leadership gaps when necessary

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Collaborate with Product, GTM, Finance, and Analytics teams to enable high-quality decision-making

  • Ensure visibility of key metrics and operational health across the leadership team

What We're Looking For

  • 6–12 years of experience across business operations, consulting, strategy, venture capital, or startup leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in high-ownership roles where you’ve driven initiatives from idea to execution
  • Prior experience in fundraising, investor relations, or engagement with venture ecosystems
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Why we are different (culture)

As a part of Atomicwork, you can shape our company and business from idea to production. Our cultural values also set the bar high, helping us create a better workplace for everyone.
