Atomicwork was founded on a simple belief that enterprise IT productivity needed an overhaul to help companies operate better and move faster. Enterprise service teams, especially IT teams, have long been dealing with explosion of workplace technology, stuck with managing complex systems using outdated tools, and overwhelming ticket volumes, that create friction and stress in the flow of work for both their end-users and business.  

In 2022, we set out to change that. Our goal is simple: we want to transform IT workflows and enterprise service delivery.

In pursuit of this mission, we launched our agentic service management platform, powered by an enterprise knowledge graph, integrated service platform and a crew of built-in AI agents.

From handling major incidents to enabling self-healing systems and automating employee service delivery, Atomicwork AI agents can reason, plan, and execute enterprise service delivery workflows autonomously to free IT teams to focus on business growth.
